Congressman Onder is a strong supporter of school choice, charter schools, and parents’ choice for their children’s education. While in Missouri’s State Senate, Congressman Onder supported legislation that allowed families to consider transferring to accredited schools within their district of residence, instead of just leaving their school district altogether. The bill also expanded options for virtual and charter schools to ensure that families have an option to ensure their children’s best possible chances for success.
