WASHINGTON, DC— It was announced today, on the 3rd anniversary of the Supreme Court Dobbs decision, which reversed the Roe v. Wade decision of 1973 legalizing abortion on demand, that Rep. Bob Onder (R-MO) will take on a new leadership role in the House of Representatives as a co-Chair of the House Congressional Pro-Life Caucus.
Washington, D.C. – Congressman Bob Onder (MO-03) issued the following statement in response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark decision to uphold Tennessee’s law banning so-called “gender-affirming care” for minors:
“Today’s Supreme Court decision is a monumental victory for children, families, and common sense. The Court rightly affirmed that states have the authority—and the responsibility—to protect minors from irreversible medical harm masquerading as ‘healthcare.’
Washington, D.C. – Congressman Bob Onder introduced the Self-Insurance Protection Act, protecting the ability of America’s small businesses to choose the best health insurance plan for them and their employees.
Today, Congressman Bob Onder introduced the Worker Enfranchisement Act, to protect employees from becoming unionized based upon an unfair voting structure. Current law states that the certification process is initiated by 30% of workers in a particular workplace signing authorization forms stating they wish to be represented by a union. Then the National Labor Relations Board must verify the forms and order a secret ballot election.
Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Bob Onder (MO-3) introduced his first bill as a member of Congress, the Timely Departure Act.
