(Washington, D.C.) – Today, Rep. Bob Onder, M.D. (MO-03) attended a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announcement of regulatory actions to end the practice of providing irreversible transgender surgeries and prescriptions to children.

This legislation ensures that employers who choose to self-insure retain access to a critical financial tool—stop-loss insurance.

The Endorsement Transparency Act ensures that union leaders can’t make unilateral endorsement decisions that counter the will of their members.
